Are the medications in your list branded pills?
The medications that you see in our product lists are all generic.
What does "generic" mean? Do generic medications produce the same effect as the branded medicines do?
A branded medicine is different from a generic one in its name, shape and the price that it comes in. Generic drugs are named by the active ingredient whereas a manufacturer may use a separate brand name. Manufacturer however, cannot hold a patent for the chemical agent that is used to make the medicine, and this is the primary reason why manufacturers of generic medications legally produce them. These two will be chemically alike and the primary ingredient in the two is identical and therefore they will produce the same results. A generic medication costs much lesser as a result.
Why do generic medicines cost lesser in comparison to branded medicines?
Manufacturers spend quite a lot of money on research and advertisements for promotion of their branded medicines, and hence the manufacturers will include these costs within the medication. FDA approval itself is very expensive to get by in United States. On the other hand the manufacturers of generic drugs do not have any such costs that they would intend to recover from the sale of the medication and hence the generic medicines costs are much cheaper in comparison to branded ones.
How can I be sure of the quality of the pills?
Our primary concern is the quality of the medications that we have to offer. It is a very well known phenomenon that the better the quality of the product, the more customers the seller will have for the product. How to Order

Do I need a prescription to order from you?
No, that is not mandatory. We do not need our customers to produce prescriptions, although we do recommend that any medication that you purchase from us should be done so only after prior consultation from your doctor. Only a doctor will be able to advise you an appropriate medicine that will suit your body and not cause any adverse effects.
What are payment methods are accepted by you?
At the moment we have the following payment methods:

When will you actually dispatch the order?
The order procedure is executed in the following way:
1. After you have filled and submitted the form in our checkout page, your order information is transmitted to our processing center where after checking for credibility, your credit card is charged.
2. The order will be approved and processed as soon as the payments have been confirmed.

How secure is to give my credit card information at your site?

Do you give any discounts or concessions?
Yes we offer discounts to our regular customers in the form of a "coupon word". In the event that you decide to make further orders with us, you will need to add this special information in a separate "coupon field" and then you will be eligible for a 5% discount on the purchase. Please keep in mind that if you forget to input this field value you will not be able to avail the 5% discount.

Packing & Sending

To which countries do you ship?
We ship across the world to almost all of the countries with the exception of some countries in Asia.
From where are the pills sent?
As mentioned before, the medicines are manufactured in India and dispatched from here after the orders have been processed.
What modes of shipping do you use? Will I need to sign for the shipment?
We will dispatch our orders by standard mail and will not require your signatures anywhere for the orders shipment. The order will be simply left in your mailbox. As for us privacy of our customers is of great importance.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We keep a large stock of medicines and they are always ready to be shipped immediately. Once the orders have been verified and the shipping information is validated the product is sent out. Usually this would take somewhere between 1 or 2 days.
What shipping methods are available?
Currently we offer two shipping methods:
1. Courier Service: this is a more reliable service since we can track the packages sent using the number supplied after the shipping of the order.
2. Standard International Airmail: this is a slightly unreliable service since the packages once sent cannot be tracked.
What are the shipping rates? How soon can I expect the delivery?
Shipping rates depend on the mode of shipping that is chosen as well as the destination country. The table below specifies some details:

*It is important to not that if you have ordered the product through Courier Service, you must specify the PO Box number along with you contact number.
What do I do in case of damages or if something is missing?
If you find any damages or something missing in the shipment you must notify us of the problem. Depending on the scenario you will either get a refund of your payment or send the package again. Have a look at our policies for more information.
Please make a note that in case you have ordered for 90 or more pills, they will be sent in separate packages with 30 plus 4 gift pills in the first package and he balance pills (60 pills) in the second package which will be sent a week later.
How much will I have to pay in case of reshipping of the product?
In case that the product will needed to be reshipped, there will not be any charges incurred on you as a result, it will be done free of charge.
